Essential Knowledge
This qualification meets this criteria for governing bodies such as the Kinesiology Federation and the Federation of Holistic Therapists who look for an understanding in practice management if you want to qualify as an accredited practitioner. This certificate is in line with the National Occupational Standards.

We come from marketing backgrounds. Laura has a bachelor degree in business, as well as working in the marketing arena for 15 years before starting her clinic. Claire has run many successful businesses before starting her practice. We share all the important information needed to make your business standout.

Each module comes with practical guides for you to apply to your business. Part of this course involves you attending a mentoring session and submitting your plans, based on our recommendations, and you will receive personal, tailored advice based on years of experience, on how you can tweak your plans to achieve maximum success. What is the course format?
This is an online correspondence home learning course which makes it incredibly accessible and easy to work around your work and home life. All modules and assessments are contained within our website which is easy to access. You will be required to send in your business plans which we will give personalised advice on.
How long will it take me to complete from start to finish?
This course is 30 hours long, which can be completed at your own pace. Module completion involves online lessons, homework and assessments. You have 12 months to complete the course.
Are there classrooms I need to attend?
There is one mentoring session included in this course which can be attended at your convenience. See dates of mentoring classes attached.
Mentoring Class ScheduleDo I need any previous experience or qualifications?
No, this course a foundation training course and is designed to be accessible and easy to complete. If you have previous training - great! But it is not necessary.
How many hours is this course?
This course is 30 hours and this is made up of online lessons, assessments and homework.
What happens if I need to defer?
Each student is given 12 months to complete the course. This give you the opportunity to go at your pace and to allow for any unexpected life occurrences. After 12 months we charge an admin fee of £100 to continue for another 12 months.
Do you make allowances for learning challenges?
Yes we do. All the learning is in different formats, including written documents, images, diagrams and videos that are able to be watched on repeat. All the assessments are not time prohibited so you can go at your own pace and take your notes in. If you have particular learning challenges that you wish to discuss with us, please contact us directly and we would be very happy to help.
Contact UsIs there an exam?
At the end of each module there is an approx. 30 minute multiple choice assessment to ensure you have understood the module. The pass rate is 70% and on successful completion, you move to the next module. If however, you don't pass, you will be given the option to resit.
Course SyllabusWhat qualification do I receive?
You will be given the 'Business & Marketing Mastery' certificate and the opportunity to add this to your existing therapy qualifications with a recommended governing body. (Must be in partnership with a therapy or health qualification such as beauty therapy).
